Booked Jobs ("we," "us") is operated by Cole Stark in Oceanside, California. We build and manage AI receptionists, text messaging and follow up tools for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, phone number and email.
- Details about your business needed to set up our service, such as services offered, hours, service area and calendar availability.
- Call recordings, transcripts and text messages handled by our systems on behalf of the businesses we serve.
- Basic website usage information, such as pages visited.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve our services.
- To schedule appointments and send booking confirmations and summaries.
- To respond to questions and provide support.
- To send service related text messages and emails you have agreed to receive.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our service (such as phone, text messaging, calendar and hosting providers), only as needed to provide the service, and when required by law.
Callers of the businesses we serve
When you call or text a business that uses Booked Jobs, we process your information on that business's behalf to answer your call, book your appointment and follow up. That business's own privacy practices also apply.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
